In reference to this evenings meeting, I would like to pose a few ideas for some solutions to our pending issues. Understanding that all in our world is nothing but riseing in cost and we can not escape that fact;
1. $15.00 a night energy sercharge, in line with the WAPA increases. This charge would be acessed to the owners and renters in all usage.
2.Referene rentals by HOTC. Instead of the 30/70, 40/60, or 50/50 agreement. The acutal return to the TSO’s in the event of a rental buy HOTC would only be the actual fee paid buy the TSO for that unit. HOTC would retain the balance collected regardless of the fee charged.
3.An increase in maintiance fees for units that are not upgraded with new baths, beds, and furnishing, to be acessed at $550.00
4.Units that have recieved completed upgrades to be acessed at $600.00
5.Offer a ACH, or auto withdrawal, from the TSO account at a 5% discount to, 1. lock in a fee for the comming year,
2. eliminate the billing charges and the burden of the one time charge for some 3. Add a more consistant dependable cash flow for HOTC.
6.Increase the capacity of the cistenrs? poly tanks in the pump room area? Increase and improve on the catch area of rain water runoff.
7.Desailinazation system to reduce our dependence on the water supply from WAPA.
CHPT Systems located in Lewes Delaware, build these systems for 3rd world countrys and the Department of Defence. Contact John Protack ref. Bert Atallian
8.At one time we used seawater for supply to the toilets. Not sure supply pipe has been eliminated? Far stretch we could suppliment this make up water with a % of seawater??
9.Not new to anyone, the energy loss due to the entry doors. sliding doors, and the low effiencty of some of the remaining air conditioning systems could also dramactly improve on our costs. Running toilets and the costant running of the urinals in the conference baths when I was there ?
10.I am looking at our situation as the chicken or the egg.
I have the egg and you want to charge for the chicken.
Comments, only to create futher imput, and not as a sole solution.
