Attention all unit/week owners:

This is a reminder that 2024 maintenance fee dues are due in full and must be received into our account by 12/15/2023.

You were either billed by printed and mailed invoice or by email invoicing with payment links back in late August and early September.
We sent out statements again by mail or email on 11/1/23. We are currently in the process of calling and/or emailing reminders as well.
It is imperative that you understand that failure to pay your fees on time this year will result in your being cancelled as a unit owner at HOTC which includes the cancellation of your unit/wk(s).

Again, this is a direct result of the agreement with the new Developer that was signed at the annual meeting. The Developer requires that we provide a list of our active and paid unit weeks in December 2023 in order for them to reserve your unit/wk for 2024.
Please comply with this directive.
