NOTICE: As a reminder to unit/week owners at HOTC, all maintenance fees due must be deposited into our account by 12/15/23.  Any unpaid balances as of 12/16/23 will be registered as owner cancellations and you will no longer be a member/owner at HOTC.  We have to be stringent in this policy as it is required by the agreement that was signed with the new Developer back in March 2023.

If you need assistance in submitting your payment, you may call our Admin. Office at 262-696-8038 and leave your name and number and Jane Powers will call you back and take your credit card information over the phone.  Otherwise if mailing your check, payable to HOTC Members, be sure that it is mailed and postmarked by 12/5/2023.
