I just tested it and it works OK – from the main topic page you need to click the TITLE of the minutes you want in order to get to the next page where the link to the .pdf is displayed. If you can’t read the .pdf on your computer you may need to install the Adobe Reader – which is available for free at: http://www.Adobe.com
