Good afternoon, Hotel on the Cay Time-Share Association, Inc.
This correspondence is to formally notify the Association of the current status of renovation work at Hotel on the Cay and the next phase of construction.

Substantial progress has been made on the exterior improvements, which are nearing completion. The project will now transition to work within the interior courtyard areas and guest corridors. This phase involves construction activities that will materially impact access, circulation, and overall safety conditions within the property.

In light of these conditions, and in order to maintain compliance with applicable safety standards and minimize risk to guests, owners, and staff, hotel operations will be suspended effective July 6th and will remain closed until such time as the work can be completed and the property can be safely reopened.

This decision has been made in the interest of safety and proper execution of the project and is not discretionary. We will continue to monitor progress closely and provide updates as milestones are achieved.

With regards to the closing of HOTC as of July 6th-

Will you be accommodating HOTC guests with reservations at the King Christian in the interim?
i. Yes, all timeshare guests will be accommodated at King Christian Hotel during the closure and will be able to enjoy the King Christian amenities as well as free water taxi and the typical beach accommodations (lounger chairs etc.) at Hotel on the Cay.

Any idea how long the renovations will take?
i. We will have more information in the coming month or two regarding the timelines.

Will the beach and Beach Bar, Rolling Smoke etc. still be open?
i. Beach, Beach Bar, Rolling Smoke, water-taxi, dock-house and Water Sports will all be open.
