The board meeting of 9/21/10 without advance notice as required by the bylaws was invalid and in violation of the bylaws. Section 4.J. and K. require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. You cannot pick which bylaws you will follow and which you will ignore.
You have most of the owners e-mails? Do you think you could have e-mailed the members notice of the meeting. It seamed to work just fine for the announcement of the new web site.Could it not have worked for other information? Yes you do not have all members e-mails so you could not have reached all, but either they have choosen to not supply their e-mails or do not have one. Those people probably can not visit the web site for info either!! What say you board??? It is so easy even a cave man could do it.
