This confidential meeting was held with Hotel attorney Ed Barry for the purpose of discussing and authorizing the filing of several motions with the Rhode Island federal court regarding the SBA holding of almost half of the room/weeks at the hotel.

As first President of the HOTCTSA after incorporating it, I filed liens against all Participation/Kilberg units (1,700+)over fifteen years ago. How did the SBA sidetrack or dispense with those?
