I seem to land on this “Leave a Reply” page every time I try to get to the minutes to read them. This happens with some of the other areas on this site as well. Am I not clicking on the correct thing – or is tis site not set up for easy access?

Alan, we put a comment in this post that the minutes are pending approval, which should happen at our 8-31 board meeting. As soon as they are approved, they will be posted under this link. We just created a placeholder and to let everyone know the status.
