This year’s annual meeting was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The board has decided to proceed with the meeting Tuesday, October 19th @ 2:00 PM (Central) 3:00 PM (Eastern) 3:00 PM (Atlantic).

Some of the board members will be on-site at the hotel, otherwise everyone is encouraged to attend via web conference. Timeshare owners can contact the hotel to get an invitation to the web conference.
