Tommy and Kathy are the only employees drawing wages with the occasional

2018 budget is done similar to last year budget.

Both this year and last years budget will be posted on the website.

Pauls update

Our sewer pipe was broken by something dragging by. Harry and his son have
fixed that.

Our dock dropped the first section dropped about 8 inches and the section by
the entrance to the dock house also dropped.

The beach the shifted sand is gone from the shore

The harbor master. Is filled with sand and the bathrooms are filled with
sand

The pool needs to be drained and pressure washed.

Emerald point one half is broken. Ceiling is down in the Larry Gould
section. We do not need to turn on his power.

HM building the rooms are damaged And the roof blew in no rebar in the
block. We have all the stuff we need to seal up the roof. Rooms 5 6 7 need
some big cleaning 1234 are non inhabitable.

The main building is ok other than minor issues. 6 of the ACs are broken and
we have replacements

We have a new pole for our power and our electrician is done. We are
certified to go. We spoke with WAPA and they will get on this soon. All we
need is WAPA to turn us on. Paul doubts we will have power this week. Brian
will keep calling WAPA

There are few places on the boardwalk open. Not a lot of people. All the
docks are gone and all the boats are gone.

We will publish for mid December for time share owners. We can still find
FEMA People to fill the hotel.

Nothing in the by laws that states people who can’t use their weeks due to
this can get refunded. We discussed exchanging their week for another next
year. Q

We discussed Paul meeting with our attorney about the harbor master and what
our rights are RE Emerald Point and the dockhouse.

We are signing and sending a document to property and procurement that
states we will fix the hotel and within 90 Days .

The board has to give Paul permission to sign the above document.
