Bar update

Waiting on permits from the fire department and the department to open

All is ready to go and working on getting the sound system ready to go. Just
Bar Service no Kitchen.

Kitchen will be tackled later.

Development update

We are working with the investor to get the lease extended. We will need to
put out a newsletter out to explain things to the owners.

If the government does not want to renew the lease we might have to go to
litigation.

The investor was to meet the government this week. We have not heard from
the investors how that meeting went.
