There is a meeting of the HOTC board of directors scheduled for 7:00 PM EST (6:00 PM CST) Thursday, January 7th 2016, via teleconference. Members wishing to attend should contact Sara at the Hotel to pay the nominal conference call fee and get the call in details. Agenda not yet set, but will probably include discussion about the installation of solar hot water system and other ongoing items.
