The 2014 annual meeting of timeshare owners and election of directors will be held in the conference room at Hotel on the Cay at 3:00 PM local time on Friday, June 6th. All timeshare owners are invited to attend. Hotel rooms will be made available to owners at a rate of $79 per night (discounted from the rack rate of $129) for up to 7 nights for those owners wishing to come to the meeting – depending on availability of rooms (it seems likely that a number of rooms WILL be available.) Those members unable to attend are urged to fill out and return their proxy to make sure we have enough participation to obtain a quorum as there were a fairly large number of votes cast last year. Because of a complaint raised last year as to the form of the ballot card, we can’t call it a “ballot” card anymore. It’s a “proxy” card that has a section you can use to indicate who you prefer your vote(s) be cast for.
