You can download the ballot for the By-Law Changes that the board is requesting the membership to approve.

The issue has been the difficulty in obtaining a quorum for our elections required by our current by-laws.  We are recommending that we change the definition of a registered voter based on the number who voted in last year’s election.

We are also requesting that the number of required meetings by the board are increased from 2/year to 6/year, add more detail to the treasurer’s duties and allow for email as a means to communicate board meeting information.
