Members,

We have received your recent observations and complaints regarding the conditions of the Hotel on the Cay. We compiled and forwarded them to our lawyer. Here is the letter that he sent to the Developer regarding these complaints. We are prepared to follow through with further legal action if they do not abide by our Right of Use Agreement which states that they will properly maintain the premises until further, more substantial improvements will be made.

We will keep you informed as to their response.

Meantime, thank you for your patience as we address these issues. Please keep your observations coming.
