We have FEMA people in rooms now. The HM building is closed off. We have
more FEMA who want rooms. We can rent them to FEMA long term ( until May)
but that will entail time share owners giving up rooms. Cathy is reaching
out to owners to see if anyone wants to give up their week. We will split
the money with the owners.

We do not have any additional revenue coming in from the beach right now,
because no one is coming over on the ferry and buying things in the shop.

The problem is we do not have bathrooms for beach people to use. Staff will

Investors update
We will authorize the investor to make a presentation to the governor. We
will formulate an agreement with the investors to negotiate on our behalf
with government for the lease extension.

At this point the investors are ready to move forward. So Ed is drafting an

Hotel update and repairs
HM building. Paul has contractors to arrive the 5th of December to work on
the HM building. The roof has been repaired . The contractors are from
Wyeawega they will be repairing the rooms in the HM building for occupancy.

Main Building
Dock house storage area rebuilt.
The laundry area is repaired.
Roof on the veranda half is gone. We will want to rebuild that. Rooms are

The cabanas roofs are in need of some repair. They stayed in place.
Estimates are around 75 k for repair of all items combined.

Paul talked to the restaurant owner. She brought money in to pay back rent.

We have not cashed that check yet. We repaired her generator. We will bill
time and materials for that repair.

The process stated by Mike. Is to get agreement from Property and
Procurement. We need that in writing. Once we have that we can evict them.
