Tommy and Kathy are the only employees drawing wages with the occasional

Our sewer pipe was broken by something dragging by. Harry and his son have

The main building is ok other than minor issues. 6 of the ACs are broken and

We have a new pole for our power and our electrician is done. We are
certified to go. We spoke with WAPA and they will get on this soon. All we
need is WAPA to turn us on. Paul doubts we will have power this week. Brian

There are few places on the boardwalk open. Not a lot of people. All the

We discussed Paul meeting with our attorney about the harbor master and what
our rights are RE Emerald Point and the dockhouse.

We are signing and sending a document to property and procurement that
states we will fix the hotel and within 90 Days .
