Dear Members,

We are aware of the situation at HOTC, hotel staff are working on the remediation involving sanitation of the water pipes serving the water system and following the recommendations of the DOH. We understand that the water supply and related issues will be retested early this coming week and they anticipate being able to reopen.

Owners that are there now have been accommodated at King Christian and going forward that is how owners will be handled until time of safe reopening. The Developer is responsible for that accommodation per the signed agreement.

We have already contacted our attorney over the weekend to make him aware of the situation and directed him to proceed with any enforcement measures that are necessary for a proper outcome.
